Rates and Policies

We strongly urge you to reserve early! During summer months, rooms and tours are often filled far in advance.

Rates

Individual Rooms

Beach Room:	$110/night, sgl/dbl
Creekside Room:	$100/night, sgl/dbl
Both Rooms:	$185/night

This rate includes transport to/from downtown ferry terminal or airport; daily deluxe continental breakfast; towel change every-other day; use of laundry and bikes; and, of course, the fantastic views and setting

10% sales/bed tax will be added to all rates. Rates are subject to change. Off-season rates are available.

Vacation Rental Rates

For budget-conscious small-group travel
(up to four people):

3-6 nights:	$165/night
7 or more nights:	$150/night

This rate includes entire B&B space; transport to/from downtown ferry terminal or airport; towel change every-other day; use of laundry and bikes; and, of course, the fantastic views and setting

Policies

Two-night (consecutive) minimum stay
Smoke-free home
Reservations must be guaranteed within 14 days by deposit equal to 50% of lodging total.
For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the reservation date, half of the required deposit will be retained. For cancellations made less than 30 days of reservation, the entire deposit will be retained.
Balance payable by check or cash on arrival, as we are not set up to process credit cards.
Children over 12 are welcome.
No pets
Transport to B&B by prior arrangement
We strongly recommend travel insurance.
